HOW TO MAKE CACAO AT HOME
CACAO FOR ONE
Single Serve: 125ml is enough for one serve if you want the double strength consistency.
Ingredients:
+ 15 coins or 1 tbl (10g) grated Ceremonial Cacao.
+ 125ml fluid (choose water, plant based milk or herbal tea. I usually do 50% soy milk + 50% water)
Method:
Add all ingredients into a small saucepan. Use a hand whisk to aerate and blend all ingredients together over medium heat.
Add natural sweetener to taste.
Reishi Mushroom is a great superfood to add!
Note: Water to be heated to maximum 70-90 Celsius.
PREPARING CACAO FOR CIRCLE
Cacao is best served warm.
Depending on the number of attendees and facilities available, you can prepare your cacao as guided above using a slow cooker or pre-prepare and bring your cacao to Circle in a good quality heat insulated bottle.
