Circle Sister was born during a time of much heartache and calling to share my trauma-healing process of drinking cacao ceremonially to assist the relaxation process into a deeper state of meditation. 

I facilitated Cacao + Sound Bath Women’s Circles before deciding to offer cacao, yoga/meditation mats and smudging tools to support them in creating sacred spaces to practice meditation regularly. 

The Cacao is imported from indigenous families from Peru, Belize and Guatemala who continue to practice sustainable farming traditions passed down from their Mayan ancestors to cultivate their cacao.
