MOLINILLO (WOODEN WHISK)

Place the ornate end of the molinillo in your pot of cacao then rub the handle between your palms. Careful not to whisk with force to avoid splashing your hot cacao on yourself.

Aerate the cacao until melted and well incorporated into the milk/water.  Oxygenating your cacao will create a delicate, light froth.
