Everyday Ceremonial Cacao to Reduce Stress and Activate Relaxation:
Single Serving:
+ 2 tbl (20g) grated Ceremonial Cacao.
+ 125ml water, plant based milk or herbal tea.
- Add natural sweetener, spices, Reishi or Lion's Mane Mushroom powders to taste.
- Water to be heated to maximum 70-90 Celsius.
