CALIFORNIAN WHITE SAGE (20g)

1. Place the sage in a heat proof dish or shell.

2. Light sage and blow out the flame to allow it to slowly smoulder.

3. Use a feather or fan to gently disperse the billowing smoke across the room, person or item you are cleansing.
