WARNING! Hot Liquid

Please take care and do not open the lid near other people, children or pets.

Do not leave hot liquid unattended.

  • ≜ QUICK FIX FOR THE HOME OR OFFICE

    1. Dry blend your cacao to powder with your optional sweetener, spices and medicinal mushrooms and store in an air tight container until ready to be used.

    2. Add 1tbl of your cacao powder to 100-250ml water, heated to roughly 70-90 Celsius.

    3. Stir until well combined.

  • ≜ BLENDER

    1. Place the Cacao, water/milk, optional sweetener, spices and medicinal mushroom into your blender.

    2. Follow recommended appliance instructions to blend the Cacao until it is melted.

    3. Remove lid with caution as the liquid will be hot and can burn your skin.

  • ≜ STOVETOP

    1. Dry blend your cacao to powder with your optional sweetener, spices and medicinal mushrooms.

    2. Add your water/plant based milk in a saucepan and add your Cacao powder (using your preferred ratio) and whisk together to avoid clumping.

    3. Gently heat it over medium heat until the Cacao powder mixture melts in, stirring with your whisk so it doesn't burn.

    4. As it starts to bubble, raise the saucepan off the heat. Allow the bubbles to aerate your Cacao to a creamy texture, then pour it into your cup.

  • ≜ THERMOMIX / THERMOCOOK

Best used for larger quantities like in Circle or a Cacao Ceremony.

Please follow the recommended appliance instructions to heat the Cacao to 75 Celsius, until the Cacao is melted, well blended and creamy in texture.

  • ≜ HOT CHOCOLATE MAKER / MILK FROTHER

    1. Add your water/plant based milk to the jug.

    2. Follow the instructions of the appliance for the best setting to heat the Cacao to 70 Celsius or to make Hot Chocolate.

Note that if you are only making your Cacao with water, it won't finish with a creamy texture in this appliance and may need a small hand held whisker/mixer to help aerate the cacao.
